On March 18th to 19th, the International Nuclear Development Summit was held in Haiyan, Zhejiang province. The focus of the summit was new nuclear technology and nuclear project development. Representatives from local nuclear-related government departments, China Nuclear Energy Association, nuclear power companies and nuclear research institutes, Japan, Russia, France and The United States attended the meeting and discussed issues on government policy, market situation, nuclear planning and construction, technology innovation, safety and environment.
